Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing, browsing, or using www.nutripetworld.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

General Information

The Site is operated by Nutripet World Pte. Ltd. (“NPW”), a company registered in Singapore. The Site shall include NPW’s social media channels and/or platforms, or catalogues owned by NPW and the medium by which products are offered for sale and/or services (such as social media contests / promotions) are offered by NPW.

Accessing & Using The Site

As a condition of your access to and/or use of the Site, you warrant that:

- all information supplied by you on the Site is accurate, current and complete;

- you are 18 years of age or older in order to access and/or use the Site;

- you will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without NPW’s prior written authorisation; and

- you shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Site and its materials herein.

Where you create a user account and password, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these T&Cs. NPW reserves the right to amend its site and contents as and when it is deemed fit.

Delivery

- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.


- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps, CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island, and island areas, e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

Loyalty Points

1.  Points Conditions 

- Points can be accumulated and are non-transferable. 

- New points earned for purchases may be used after payment is received.

- All points earned with validity dates will be shown in User Profile 

- Delivery charges do not earn points and points earned are applicable to Product Purchases only


2. Points Validity & Expiry

- All points earned will expire on 31st March of every year. 

  • (Example: A purchase of S$100.00 value is made on 2 April 2023, earning 100 points. If points are unused, they will expire on 31 March 2024.)

- All expired points cannot be re-instated.


3. Earning Points

- Points earned are based on your final purchase amount (nett of discounts) & exclude shipping fees.

  • (Example; A purchase of S$72.00 value is made, with shipping fee of S$8.00. Total amount paid is S$80.00.  You will earn 72 points.)
  • (Example: A purchase of  S$120.00 value is made, with free shipping. Total amount paid is S$120.00. You will earn 120 points.)
  • (Example : A purchase of S$91.76 is made. You will earn 91 points.)

4. Redemption of Points

- 100 points to be redeemed as $1

5. Refunding of Points

- If an eligible product is returned, any points earned for that product shall be deducted from member's account. 

- Deducting Points 

  • (Example; When a product return is made with value of S$60.00 (60 points), 60 points will be deducted from your account.)
  • (Example; When a purchase is offset with points, your points will be reinstated when the item is returned in good condition and seal not broken.)

Promotions

- All prices are subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.


- In addition to these general terms & conditions, specific terms & conditions may apply to each respective promotion.


- All promotions are non-stackable, and not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or vouchers. In the event where there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount or voucher. 


- All promotional products are subject to in-store stocks’ availability. Nutripet World reserves the right, at its sole discretion to amend, withdraw or revise these terms and conditions and the gifts at any time without prior notice and in such event, Nutripet World shall not have any liability whatsoever.

Returns & Refund

- All claims for Return & Refunds must be lodged within 24hrs of receiving the shipment. NPW reserves the right not to entertain any claims after 24hrs.


- Your return must reach us within 7 days upon receiving our email return acknowledgment.


- All items on Final Sale are non-returnable or exchangeable.


- All NPW Gift items are non-returnable or exchangeable.


- For all purchased gift items that are returnable, the refund will go to the Sender and not the gift recipient.

NPW reserves the right to cancel, change, modify the terms and conditions at any given point.
